對於郵展評審的評分，我們一向給予尊重。
一部郵集倘若僅是第一次參展，勿論高低，則無從比較先後得失，只能對於評分欣然（或黯然）接受。
然而對於先前曾經獲獎過的郵集，今之評分可以違背常情來否定往日評分，是否合理？有待熟悉國際評審規則的評審出面說明。
本次加拿大籍的George Constantourakis先生現為FIP極限委員會主席，是一位目前實際在領導世界極限集郵發展的大家長，他的「極限集郵歷史」郵集曾多次參加世界郵展獲獎，不斷增補內容曾於2009洛陽世展榮獲8框90分金獎，雖然個人沒能目睹George Constantourakis先生這次印度世展參展郵集的實際內容，但由其參展名稱後面加注之1872 - 1940 而言，為前次命題所無，顯然全部內容業已汰舊換新，128展頁素材皆屬1940前之珍罕片範疇，按常理論，理應在原有金獎基礎酌情加分往大金之途邁進，這次評審居然匪夷所思，改評為鍍金獎的基本分數80分，連降兩級達10分之多，完全否定了先前歷次評審給於肯定成績，違背常情，莫此為甚，令人萬分訝異！
此應不是單一個別評審敢於作此重大決定，是否幕後已形成重大政策改變，來落實原圖集郵日落西山預言（某新加坡評審名言），有待繼續觀察！
期待聽到George Constantourakis先生當事人對此成績的看法與感受。如果他自己都不介意，則我們都只有啞口無言的份！

90分以上的展集偏少, 打分的確嚴了
但勞工史在如此嚴苛的打分下能爬到93頗令人意外
應該跟11月台北展的內容再進一階吧

化學史也默默爬到93了
孩子們孩子們維持平盤, 95大金
(這部在洛陽乍看普通票和Meter一大堆, 設計稿也並未很多或是特別出色
其實展集裡其實臥虎藏龍: Mulready首日實寄, 童子軍之父南非雙連票實寄, 瑞士共和史前封......,)

這次卻能在偏難的評審群獲得93分肯定
這個非常不易
11月中旬到2月參展間, 猜想是肯定又加了許多好料
